Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how the Cleaning Client Growth System ("we," "us" or "our") handles personal information when you visit our website, use the demo or product, make a purchase, or contact support.

Information we collect

Purchase information. Once payment is enabled, our planned merchant of record, Paddle, will process the transaction. We may receive information such as your name, email address, product purchased, order number, amount paid and payment status. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number.

Support communications. If you contact us, we receive your email address and the message, files and other information you choose to provide.

Product information stored on your device. In the current version, Business DNA settings and Client Pipeline entries are stored locally in your browser. They are not sent to us through the product. You control this information and can remove it by clearing the site's data in your browser. Clearing browser data, using a private window or changing devices may remove or make this information unavailable.

Technical information. Our hosting and security providers may automatically process limited technical data, such as IP address, browser or device type, request data and security logs, to deliver and protect the site.

How we use information

We use personal information to provide product access, confirm and support purchases, answer questions and refund requests, maintain security, prevent misuse, comply with legal obligations and improve the product using feedback or aggregated information.

Analytics and advertising

We do not currently use advertising trackers or sell personal information for targeted advertising. If our practices materially change, we will update this policy and provide any choices required by law.

How we disclose information

Once enabled, we may disclose information to Paddle for payments, taxes, receipts, refunds and fraud prevention; to hosting and security providers that help operate the product; when reasonably necessary to comply with law or protect rights and safety; or as part of a merger, acquisition or transfer of the business. We do not sell personal information for money.

Data retention

We keep purchase and support records only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including tax, accounting, dispute and legal requirements. Retention by service providers is also governed by their policies and legal duties. Product information stored locally remains in your browser until you edit it, clear it or the browser removes it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No online service or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not enter payment-card details, Social Security numbers, health information, government identification numbers or other highly sensitive information into Business DNA or the Client Pipeline.

Your privacy choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we control by emailing the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, including rights to know, correct or delete information and to appeal or complain to a regulator. We will verify and respond to requests as required by applicable law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Because current product entries stay in your browser, you can edit them in the product or clear the site's browser data directly.

Children

The product is intended for business owners and users who are at least 18 years old. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

International processing

Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Privacy laws in those locations may differ from the laws where you live. We use providers and safeguards appropriate to the services involved.

Third-party services

The site may link to third-party services, including Paddle once enabled. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, not this policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version here and change the effective date. Material changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
