LEGAL
Terms of Use
Effective date: August 28, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Cleaning Client Growth System, including its website, demo and digital product. By purchasing or using the product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the product for a company, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that company.
License and permitted use
After a valid purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the product for the internal operations of one purchaser or cleaning business. You may use and adapt generated messages for your own customer communications.
Prohibited use
You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish or publicly share the product or access to it; copy substantial portions to create or market a competing product; bypass access or security controls; interfere with the service; or use the product unlawfully or to violate another person's rights.
Ownership
The product, brand, interface, workflows, text, design and related intellectual property belong to us or our licensors. The license above does not transfer ownership. If you provide feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or payment, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.
Your data and responsibilities
You are responsible for information you enter and must have the right to use it. Do not enter highly sensitive information, including payment-card data, Social Security numbers, health information or government identification numbers. Current Business DNA and Client Pipeline information is stored in your browser, so you are responsible for your device, browser access and any backup you need.
Customer communications and legal compliance
The product helps draft messages but does not send them automatically. You must review every message for accuracy, timing and suitability before sending it. You are responsible for obtaining any required consent, honoring opt-out requests and complying with applicable calling, texting, email, privacy, advertising and consumer-protection laws.
No professional advice or guaranteed results
The product provides general business tools and educational information. It is not legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice. Examples, scores and calculator results are estimates, not promises. We do not guarantee bookings, reviews, referrals, customers, revenue or any other result.
Payments and taxes
Paddle is the planned merchant of record and will process checkout, payment, applicable taxes, receipts and refunds once the integration is enabled. Its terms may also apply to the transaction. Prices and purchase details are shown at checkout before payment.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits a mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
Availability and updates
We may maintain, improve or update the product and may temporarily interrupt access for security or technical reasons. We do not promise that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We will not intentionally remove the core functionality described at the time of purchase without providing an appropriate remedy where required by law.
Third-party services
Third-party services and links are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the product is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. This disclaimer does not affect warranties or rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data or lost business opportunities arising from the product. Our total liability for claims related to the product will not exceed the amount you paid for it during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct or liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material misuse, unlawful conduct, security threats or a material breach of these Terms. Terms that by their nature should continue—including ownership, disclaimers and liability limits—survive termination.
Disputes and applicable rights
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory right or remedy available under the law that applies to you. Once enabled, transaction disputes may also be handled by Paddle under its applicable terms and processes.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms prospectively when the product or legal requirements change. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights attached to a completed purchase where prohibited by law.
